The 4th AMI international Pipeline Coating 2012 conference took place from
27-29 February 2012 at ‘The Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen ' in the beautiful city of Vienna, Austria.
The conference attracted over 300 delegates from every region of the world.
Pipeline Coating 2012 offered an opportunity to hear about the latest developments in pipeline protection, focusing on coating markets and technology worldwide. It brought together the world's leading pipe coaters, pipeline operators and specifiers, engineers, contractors, raw material suppliers, machinery manufacturers, testing and certification institutes, academics, etc.
World experts presenting papers at this event included key opinion leaders/specifiers from Gazprom VNIIGAZ, Statoil, Petronas, Total, Nederlandse Gasunie and other leading companies.
Direct interaction among the international panel of speakers and delegates resulted in lively debate, a much needed opportunity to exchange points of view, ideas and opinions. The table-top exhibition which ran alongside the conference provided companies with an excellent opportunity to present novel products and services to a relevant industry audience.
