It is our pleasure to introduce Shalini Goyal Bhalla, Managing Director of International Council for Circular Economy, who will be presenting at Stretch and Shrink Film in Bangkok, Thailand.

Author of India's first book on Circular Economy, editor of the Journal on Circularity with a focus on policy, innovation and research, founder and Managing Director of International Council for Circular Economy, Shalini has represented India on multiple international platforms through her speeches and programs.

She writes for many Indian as well as international magazines. Passionate about Circularity, she has been on Circular Economy Committees of Niti Aayog and many other policy dialogues. She has been a part of several Development Programs in association with Government of India and state bodies including Ministry of MSME and Delhi Govt. She is a member of technical committee at ISO/TC 323. Working on various national and international projects, she is a true woman leader who dons multiple hats.
