Ertan is a highly experienced and accomplished professional in the field of film manufacturing, having dedicated over 25 years of his career to Polinas Plastik San.Tic.A.Ş. In his most recent role as Plant Director, he managed three plants producing BOPP, BOPET, CPP, metallised, holographic and coated films. He has held various other leadership positions throughout his career, ranging from Shift Engineer to Investment, Project, Maintenance, and Utilities Manager. With a degree in Electronics Engineering from Istanbul University, Ertan possesses a deep understanding of the technical aspects of film manufacturing. His achievements include upgrading and revamping BOPP lines, managing power plants, conducting mergers and acquisitions.
