What’s the next big thing you’re working on? Can you give us a sneak peek into any new technologies, innovations, or breakthroughs you're bringing to the market?

At AIP, we are continuously investing in the development of advanced filtration technologies that support higher efficiency, sustainability, and process reliability.

We are focusing on improvements in Laser Filters, Cylindrical Filters, Single Layer Filters, and Filtration Media to help processors handle more challenging polymer streams with higher contamination levels while maintaining consistent quality. We are also expanding our capabilities in Capital Equipment solutions, providing customers with complete filtration systems designed to integrate seamlessly into existing extrusion lines.

Our goal is to continue delivering innovative solutions that support the growth of plastics recycling and the circular economy.

What’s the biggest challenge in the industry right now – and how are you tackling it? Whether it's sustainability, supply chain issues, or something else, we’d love to hear your take!

One of the biggest challenges in the industry today is processing increasing volumes of recycled materials while maintaining consistent quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. As recycling streams become more complex, manufacturers need reliable filtration solutions that can handle higher contamination levels.

AIP addresses this challenge through advanced Laser Filters, Auto Screen Rolls, Extrusion Packs, Filtration Media, Pelletizing dies, scrapers, spare parts for laser equipment, pelletizing knives and custom filtration systems that help companies achieve cleaner polymer output while reducing waste and minimizing production interruptions.

Additionally, our portfolio of Gaskets and Seals and Extruder packs helps customers maintain their equipment performance and extend the service life of their filtration systems.

Over the next decade, we expect the plastics industry to continue moving toward greater sustainability, automation, and resource efficiency. The demand for recycled polymers will increase, creating a greater need for advanced filtration technologies capable of processing more demanding materials.

Companies will need to invest in reliable Capital Equipment, improved Filtration Media, advanced Extrusion Packs, and efficient filtration systems to remain competitive. Technologies such as automated filtration, improved Laser Filters, and high-performance Auto Screen Rolls will play an important role in shaping the future of polymer processing.

AIP is committed to supporting this evolution by providing innovative, durable, and efficient solutions that help manufacturers adapt to the future of extrusion and recycling.

What excites you most about this year’s expo? Are you launching something new, speaking at a session, or just looking forward to networking with industry leaders?
