What makes your company stand out? What sets you apart from the competition, and why should visitors make sure to visit your stand?
CMG Granulators has always been dedicated to size reduction, establishing itself as a global leader and recognized expert in the field. What sets us apart is our deep expertise and our ability to apply this know-how across a wide range of market segments, including plastics, electric cable, injection molding, thermoforming, and more.
By leveraging this specialized knowledge, we provide complete, turnkey solutions tailored to the needs of the industries we serve. At the core of every solution is the exceptional quality of the regrind we produce—our greatest added value and the defining advantage that CMG brings to the market.
What’s the next big thing you’re working on? Can you give us a sneak peek into any new technologies, innovations, or breakthroughs you're bringing to the market?
Some of CMG Granulators' latest technological advancements have focused on the development of high-capacity systems that deliver the lowest energy consumption in their class, reduced maintenance costs, and simplified maintenance procedures. Special attention has also been given to compliance with regulations governing the use and recycling of various materials, including plastics.
These innovative principles have led CMG to develop two of the most advanced recycling systems currently available for the post-consumer plastics and thermoforming industries.
What’s the biggest challenge in the industry right now – and how are you tackling it? Whether it's sustainability, supply chain issues, or something else, we’d love to hear your take!
The plastics industry—particularly in post-consumer recycling—requires solutions that are easy to operate and do not increase the costs associated with specialized personnel. Likewise, maintenance costs have become an increasingly important factor when selecting the most suitable technology.
Your recycling system's ability to consistently deliver cleaner material with a uniform particle size helps make your business more efficient by improving processing conditions, increasing operational efficiency, and enhancing the performance and throughput of downstream equipment.
Plastic is a valuable resource, and at CMG Granulators, we are committed to maximizing its value through innovative, efficient, and reliable recycling solutions.
Fast forward 10 years - how do you see the industry evolving? What major trends do you think will reshape the sector, and how should businesses prepare?
The repositioning of recycled plastic as an essential resource will be the defining theme of the years ahead. We are witnessing a growing global trend in this direction, and over the coming years we expect to see increased momentum even in countries that have so far been less active in this area.
This shift will require the industry to undergo significant changes and adapt to meet evolving market expectations. It is also being reinforced by regulatory frameworks, including both existing legislation and new regulations that will be introduced in the future.
What excites you most about this year’s expo? Are you launching something new, speaking at a session, or just looking forward to networking with industry leaders?
At Plastics Recycling World Expo North America, CMG will focus on high-capacity size reduction systems for post-consumer recycling and thermoforming applications. The company will also unveil several new developments related to its commercial activities and its growing presence in the North American market.
