1. Be prepared
Have a company or speaker in mind you’d like to meet? Reach out in advance and do a little research to make your conversations more meaningful. A few minutes of planning will help you make valuable connections on the show floor.
2. Use our ‘Book a meeting’ feature
Our brand new feature makes networking even easier! To enhance your networking experience, you can now book a meeting with your chosen exhibitors! Don’t miss this chance to plan your networking in advance. We’ll be launching this with our show app a few weeks before show week so keep an eye out for updates.
3. Ask questions
Start conversations that count. Whether it’s about sustainability, innovation, or business growth, asking thoughtful questions is the best way to spark engaging dialogue and leave a lasting impression.
4. Grow your digital connections
Face-to-face conversations are just the start. Exchange details and connect digitally to keep the relationship alive after the show. Pro tip: save your LinkedIn profile as a QR code on your phone’s lock screen for quick sharing and always follow up with a message post-event.
5. Update your business cards
Prefer to keep things traditional? Make sure your business cards are up to date and bring plenty along. They’re still one of the most effective tools for staying remembered.
