Sanyu USA is bringing cutting-edge advancements from Moriyama to the market. "The Sheet Preforming Machine is a combination of Moriyama twin taper screws and a roller head, making it ideal for automatic forming of mixed batches into sheets," Marvin reveals. This integrated system promises efficiency for sheet production. Furthermore, Moriyama is enhancing its mixer technology: "Moriyama offers improved (G3) rotors to the mixers. The unique GIII rotor design delivers improved dispersion and heat exchange capabilities, potentially enabling the reduction of the mixing time, steps and passes." These rotor improvements aim to significantly boost mixing efficiency and product quality.

Tackling industry challenges: navigating tariffs and supply chain issues

As a supplier of machinery manufactured in Japan and Germany, Sanyu USA faces significant external challenges. "Being a supplier of machinery that is manufactured in Japan and Germany, supply chain issues are the biggest challenge for us," Marvin states. More specifically, he notes, "many questions and concern regarding tariffs" are a pressing concern. Sanyu USA is actively working to address these issues to ensure smooth operations and reliable delivery for their customers.
